Must Read
1 | All rights are reserved for the artist. The artist holds the copyright of the commissioned work. The commissioner receives a license to use the commissioned work as detailed in the following terms.
2 | The client may freely crop and reupload the commissioned work for non-commercial uses. Editing the image (e.g. adding filters, animating, etc.) is only permitted with explicit permission from the artist. Credit to the artist is expected and required in all cases.
3 | An additional fee will be applied for commercial use. Commercial use is defined as any use of the image with the intention to generate profit, including but not limited to promotions, branding, and merchandising.
4 | The commissioned work may be freely reuploaded by the artist. The client will be charged an additional fee for the rights to keep the image private.
5 | Exclusive rights to the commissioned work must be negotiated at full standard pricing should the client decide to change, adjust, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies. Otherwise, the use of machine learning or derived technologies to alter or derive from the commission work is strictly prohibited.
6 | The artist reserves the right to revoke these permissions granted to the client if any of the terms and conditions have been violated.

Payment & Pricing
1 | Commissions must be fully paid upfront. The client must only send payment through an invoice as a service through Paypal. There will be a tipping option available with your invoice.
2 | The prices listed are base prices for personal use. The artist reserves the right to use their discretion in charging more for complexity, tight deadlines, nudity, sexual content, higher resolutions, and other details not included in the base commission.
3 | If the client intends to use the commissioned work for commercial use an additional charge of 50% will be added to the base price. Any further additional costs are left to the artist's discretion as per negotiation.
4 | Once the initial sketch is sent to the client, then the client has up to 2 free revision. However, after that there will be an addition 20% charge for ever revision. REVISION REQUESTS MUST BE DONE DURING THE SKETCH PROCESS
5 | Prices are subject to change without warning. Payments that have already been fulfilled and invoices that have already been issued are exempt from any price changes.

1 | The artist will refund the client when and only when, for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commission.
2 | Upon refund, the client is not permitted to use any material created for the purpose of the commission without the explicit consent of the artist.
